Picnic at the beach
“These kids have to go somewhere when they can’t live at home! Deep in my heart I know there's another child that needs me. Let’s give them a second chance at life.”

--Become A Foster Parent

Reading to foster child“Sitting in church one day, I realized that there was more we could be doing to help others. We aren't wealthy, but we've been blessed.

"We have more than we need and are glad to share it with these kids.”

In times of difficulty, kids depend on the love and care of foster families. To many of these families, it’s a calling -- a way to step forward to help their neighborhood. To others, it’s a way to help repay the community for the good things in their life. Whatever your motivation, you’ll find that being a foster parent can be deeply satisfying.

You can make a difference. You don’t have to save the world all at once. Just one child. If you have extra love in your heart, and a little extra room in your house, you can make a big difference in the life of a child in need.

We try to match the kids with foster parents in their own neighborhood and school. Foster parents are provided reimbursement for a variety of expenses related to the care of the children.

It’s easy to get started. Give us a call and find out about the next introductory class. In 90 minutes, you’ll learn all about the program, meet with current foster parents, and see for yourself if foster parenting is right for you.

Minority Foster Parents Needed

Filling the house with laughter
We are grateful for each and every foster parent, but we especially need more foster families that represent a diversity of racial and cultural backgrounds.

Please consider stepping forward to help these foster children. Through no fault of their own they can’t live at home, and while they’re in foster care, they need a caring family to help them through a tough time.

A Foster Parent Tells Us Why

“ I am a police officer. I see so many kids that don't have a chance. The kids don't have a choice of parents. As a foster parent, I can share my home and make a difference.
